Nyamasheke,15th May,2013, 82 apprentices in tailoring, weaving, hairdressing, carpentry, masonry, mechanic, welding, electricity have been awarded with basic raw materials under an apprenticeship scheme known as “Kuremera”, initiated by the Government in order to promote self-employment and job creation among Rwandan youth especially school dropouts.
